The Refinery:
Our New Home

In the coming spring, TLA will move to our new building at the UA Tech Park at The Bridges. We’ll share our four-story, 120,000 square foot building with the University of Arizona Applied Research Corporation (UA-ARC), the University’s cyber operations program, the UArizona Center for Innovation, and the UArizona Digital Futures Studio. This innovation and commercialization hub will provide a centralized location to bridge academia and industry and offer spaces and resources to accelerate the university’s most promising inventions.

Ten Years of Tech Launch Arizona

FY2022 will mark ten years since Tech Launch Arizona was founded. In 2012, the university set a new course, dedicating itself anew to creating economic and societal impact from the research and innovation taking place across the UArizona community.

Today, having worked with inventors on over 2,000 inventions, had over 500 patents issued and launched more than 125 startups, we are proud of what we’ve accomplished and look forward to continued growth and impact in our next decade.
